menu for a 'healthy' day



what is good to eat to stay in a good shape and be healthy

    Breakfast: appls or orandges.
    Lunch: Some salad (my favorite with corn, Beans, crackers, i like vegetables), juice, tea or water.
    Dinner: I like eat soups (My favorite "cheese". Components: Patetos, carrots, cheese, onions.) =)))

    Breakfast: coffe or tea and sandwich.
    Lunch: saled or anything.
    Dinner: that mum will prepare))

  4. Breakfast: porridge, tea, a few pieces of cheese and bacon.
    Lunch: roast meat, potatoes, juice and salad. (components of salad: carrot, cabbage and a little mayonnaise)
    Dinner: Maybe tea and sandwiches, but usually I do not eat.

    Lunch: soup, vegetable' salad,
    juice
    Dinner: yogurt, curds, kefir
    and drink many water all day

  6. Best diet is when you eat everything you want and this is my favorite diet. I always make it ))
